29mm Soft Dome Treble

The Crescendo is an Ultra High End 29mm soft dome treble with an optimally shaped coated fabric diaphragm made from Sonomex and the unique Hexadym magnet system which uses 6 radially magnetised NdFeB magnet blocks.

Efficient ventilation and damping of every potential resonant cavity and a generously underhung voice coil ensures that the Crescendo achieves low distortion even at low crossover frequencies.

Flexible lead-out wires ensure a good connection between voice coil and terminals. This arrangement also helps to prevent lead breakage due to the large excursions encountered when low crossover frequencies are used.

The Crescendo is fitted with a 6.0mm injection moulded zinc front plate with a slight loading characteristic, which ensures linear frequency response and a stiff and stable connection to the cabinet. The moulded zinc rear chamber eliminates unwanted resonances and conducts heat away from the magnet system. Both are Nextel painted to obtain a durable and attractive finish.
